JSX testing

Plugin source tests run independently with Vitest Browser Mode and Chromium. Installed-package tests separately check the federation runtime and application.

• Write plugin source and integration tests.
• Choose and run frontend checks.
• Validate release candidates.

The distributed JSX runner and backend compiler are no longer used. No backend test-compilation flag or federation rebuild is needed for source tests.
